Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a personal client portfolio.
• Consistently meet or surpass fee and key performance targets.
• Identify, assess, and qualify candidates matching job specifications, ensuring their interest and suitability.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships and accounts.
• Proactively pursue personal and professional growth.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to colleagues and associates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Background in agency recruitment, sales, client management, or business development preferred.
• Experience with temporary, contract, or permanent recruitment agencies is an advantage.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with high energy and professional presentation abilities.
• Competent IT skills for efficient work execution.
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a delivery-focused approach.
