Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a personal client portfolio.
  • Consistently meet or surpass fee and key performance targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Background in agency recruitment, sales, client management, or business development preferred.
  • Experience with temporary, contract, or permanent recruitment agencies is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with high energy and professional presentation abilities.
  • Competent IT skills for efficient work execution.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a delivery-focused approach.
  • Driven, hardworking, ambitious, resilient, and positive attitude.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
