Role Overview
We are hiring recruitment consultants for a fast-growing agency that handles both contract staffing and permanent placements across sectors such as IT, supply chain, engineering, and additional industries. What You Will Do
- Run recruitment processes end-to-end, including candidate sourcing, coordination, and client-facing support.
- Develop and manage your own networks of candidates and clients.
- Drive business results by converting leads, securing placements, and consistently meeting or surpassing targets.
- Handle both contract and permanent hiring assignments, depending on the team and business needs.
- Work in a fast-moving SME environment where initiative, experimentation, and adaptability matter.
