Key Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients in the healthcare industry
• Managing candidates through every step from initial contact to onboarding and certification
• Scheduling candidates for shifts, with commissions earned for each booked shift

Compensation and Career Advancement

• Receive a base salary plus an uncapped commission structure with no clawbacks
• Anticipated average earnings of €45,000+ in the first year and €75,000+ in the second year
• Opportunities for promotion every six months for consistent performers

Candidate Requirements

• One to three or more years of experience in customer success, account management, or client retention roles
• Proven ability to engage people and solve problems efficiently
• Motivation to be remunerated for measurable impact rather than mere recognition
• Possession of EU citizenship or a Stamp 4 visa allowing work in Ireland
