Recruitment Consultant - Construction Desk

About the Role

We are growing our Construction desk and seek a motivated Recruitment Consultant to handle the complete recruitment cycle for diverse positions within the construction sector. This role involves cultivating strong relationships with clients and candidates alike, ensuring effective recruitment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment operations for clients in construction.
• Expand and nurture existing client partnerships and secure new business opportunities.
• Identify, evaluate, and place qualified candidates, including Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Foremen, Skilled Tradespeople, and Labourers.
• Establish and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Conduct rate negotiations and sustain positive interactions with both clients and candidates.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly billing goals.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the construction, trades, or labour sectors.
• Strong history of meeting targets and producing results.
• Excellent ability to build relationships and engage in sales activities.
• Well-organized with capacity to handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
• Having a full driving license and personal transport for occasional client visits is beneficial.
