About the Role
We are a global recruitment-to-recruitment specialist firm collaborating with agencies across the UK, US, Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Due to our continuous expansion, we are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Essex-based team operating on a hybrid model.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete recruitment cycles within the Recruitment-to-Recruitment (R2R) sector.
- Establish and nurture relationships with recruitment professionals and agency clients.
- Handle both retained and contingent recruitment assignments.
- Provide career transition support to candidates across various international markets.
Candidate Profile
- Prior recruitment experience in any sector is valued.
- Demonstrated capability to efficiently manage recruitment workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Strong commercial insight and proactive attitude.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from £22,000 to £37,000.
- Uncapped commission potential, with expected on-target earnings between £50,000 and £90,000+ in the first year.
