Job description
Job Summary
This role is focused on managing the hiring-to-joining journey so that new employees settle in smoothly at Dammam Airports. The position is responsible for organizing onboarding activities, coordinating required resources on time, and creating a positive first impression for every new hire.
Recruitment Management
- Gather and organize all candidate documentation, work closely with recruiters, and ensure every new joiner’s file is complete and properly maintained.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and recruiters regarding arrival timelines and keep them informed about all onboarding arrangements.
- Track confirmed joining dates with recruiters and put in place the required preliminary arrangements before each candidate arrives.
- Keep recruiters and hiring managers updated promptly if a candidate’s arrival is delayed, moved forward, or cancelled.
- Collect feedback from new joiners and share insights with recruiters to help improve the overall recruitment process.
Onboarding Process
- Create and roll out structured onboarding programs for new employees.
- Plan and lead orientation sessions that introduce new hires to the organization’s culture and values.
- Build and maintain onboarding schedules and checklists for each new joiner.
- Support and guide employees during their first period with Dammam Airports.
- Monitor onboarding progress and resolve any concerns or issues that arise.
- Review feedback from new hires and hiring managers and use it to strengthen the onboarding experience.
Candidate Experience
- Deliver a professional and positive experience for candidates throughout recruitment and onboarding.
- Respond quickly and professionally to candidate questions or concerns.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with candidates during the hiring process.
- Apply feedback and current best practices to improve candidate experience.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure all recruitment and onboarding activities follow legal and organizational requirements.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on recruitment and onboarding performance, including trends and improvement areas.
Team Collaboration and Support
- Work with HR teams to ensure a seamless handover from recruitment to onboarding.
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management on recruitment and onboarding work.
- Continue developing professionally by seeking feedback, attending training, and staying current with industry developments.
- Take part in team meetings and discussions, contributing ideas to improve recruitment and onboarding processes using feedback from new joiners.
Minimum Requirements
Candidates should hold a diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline. The role requires 3 to 4 years of total experience in building and implementing recruitment strategies, working with external agencies, or similar responsibilities.
