- Reach out to passive candidates and build ongoing relationships with potential hires.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Keep the candidate experience professional, responsive, and positive throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Post and refresh job openings so they stay current across recruiting platforms.
- Track recruiting progress, follow up with candidates and managers, and keep workflows organized.
- Support recruiting reports and pipeline tracking.
- Look for ways to improve hiring processes and overall efficiency.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Manage several open roles at the same time while staying highly organized.

- Comfort with conducting several candidate interviews in a day.
- Ability to juggle competing priorities and multiple openings at once.
- Self-directed work style and the ability to stay productive in a remote environment.
- Confidence in sourcing candidates and reaching out to passive talent.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools.
- Curious mindset with the ability to ask the right questions to evaluate candidate fit.
- Commitment to delivering a strong candidate experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-focused setting.
