Recruiting Specialist - Fully Remote | Upto $120/hr

About the Role

This remote contract opportunity is for a people operations and recruiting evaluator who will assess AI-produced work for quality, accuracy, and presentation. The role supports Mercor, a company that connects high-caliber creative and technical professionals with AI research labs.

Key Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated deliverables using role-specific quality standards.
• Spot factual, visual, and formatting issues across documents, spreadsheets, and slide presentations.
• Write detailed, well-organized feedback that helps improve model outputs.
• Use strong subject-matter knowledge to judge work for correctness and depth.
• Work on your own schedule, independently and asynchronously, while meeting deadlines and improving AI-generated materials.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in people operations or recruiting.
• Strong command of English, either native-level or professional fluency.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular strength in Slides.

Preferred Profile

• A master's degree or a higher qualification from a well-regarded institution is preferred.
