Strong attention to detail, solid organization, and the ability to juggle several priorities at once are important for success in this position. The role also calls for excellent written and verbal communication, comfort in a fast-paced high-growth setting, a willingness to learn, and a strong sense of accountability.

Experience using applicant tracking systems is helpful but not required.
