About the Company

Ajip Consulting is a specialized human resources consulting firm focusing on executive search and professional recruitment throughout Cambodia. We collaborate with prominent local and multinational corporations to provide highly qualified candidates for mid to senior-level roles.

Role Overview

We seek a skilled full-cycle recruiter to manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This role involves handling both high-volume hiring of professionals and selective executive search projects. The position demands a motivated, target-oriented individual who excels in energetic, results-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their recruitment needs and define clear job specifications.
  • Perform market mapping and analyze the talent landscape.
  • Source candidates through diverse channels.
  • Conduct structured interviews and competency-based assessments.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and manage pipelines using ATS.
  • Organize and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
  • Carry out reference checks and background verification.
  • Negotiate employment offers and secure candidate acceptance.
  • Lead executive search assignments targeting C-level, Director, and senior management roles.
  • Develop and sustain strong talent pools across various industries.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly key performance indicators such as offers extended and placements completed.
  • Ensure quality hires with high retention rates.
  • Provide clients and management with regular recruitment reports and market updates.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within an agency setting.
  • Demonstrated success in executive search or recruitment of senior-level professionals.
  • Experience recruiting across a variety of sectors is highly beneficial.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting expertise.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Target-driven with excellent candidate closing abilities.
  • Good knowledge of Cambodia’s labor market and salary standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
