Recruiter (Non-IT / IT Volume Hiring)

About the Role

Highbrow Technology Inc is seeking a proactive and result-driven Recruiter to be stationed in Chennai. This role demands expertise in sourcing and managing recruitment processes end-to-end, with adaptability for working in rotational and flexible shifts in line with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• A minimum of 2 to 6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, either agency or corporate.
• Proficient in sourcing candidates via Boolean searches, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media platforms.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the entire recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple hiring requisitions under pressure.
• Available and willing to work flexible rotational shifts.
• Must reside in or be ready to relocate to Chennai.
• Possession of a personal laptop is required to perform work duties.
• Mandatory to work from office, no option for hybrid or remote work.
• Candidates who can join immediately or have a short notice period are preferred.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience handling high-volume or bulk hiring projects.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Naukri RMS, SAP SuccessFactors, or Taleo.
• Previous recruitment experience in BPO/ITES sectors, IT industry, or shift-based hiring contexts.
