Recruiter (Non IT) - Immediate Joiner in Hyderabad

About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our team in Madhapur, Hyderabad. This position requires immediate availability for a full-time onsite role. The recruiter will focus on staffing for the BFSI sector, managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles specifically tailored for BFSI sector openings.
• Source candidates using diverse platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and other relevant channels.
• Screen resumes thoroughly and shortlist candidates for interview stages.
• Conduct preliminary screening interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain and update recruitment pipelines and trackers for efficient process monitoring.
• Ensure quality hiring within predetermined timeframes.
• Develop and sustain a robust talent pool dedicated to BFSI recruitment needs.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• 2 to 6 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in BFSI hiring is mandatory.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri platforms is required.
• Strong skills in sourcing, resume screening, and candidate evaluation.
• Excellent communication abilities coupled with effective stakeholder management skills.
• Educational qualifications accepted: B.Com, BBA, or MBA.
