Role overview
The GTM Recruiter will support growth across sales, marketing, and customer success teams, while also contributing to hiring needs in engineering, product, and general & administrative functions. This remote role is responsible for managing the entire hiring process for mid- to senior-level positions across North America and Europe, and for partnering with leaders to shape workforce plans and recruitment strategy.
The position requires a mix of hands-on recruiting execution, advisory support, market awareness, and recruiting operations improvement. The recruiter will also act as a visible advocate for the employer brand and help strengthen candidate engagement through thoughtful communication and sourcing efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for go-to-market openings, while also supporting hiring for engineering, product, and G&A teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by helping define workforce plans and practical hiring approaches.
- Find, engage, nurture, and assess candidates through a variety of sourcing channels.
- Use recruiting data and market insights to spot hiring issues and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Create a strong candidate experience through clear communication, prompt follow-up, and useful feedback.
- Promote the company’s brand and story on social media and other relevant channels to attract talent.
- Improve recruiting operations by strengthening best practices, processes, and playbooks.
- Contribute ideas and support ongoing improvements within the recruiting function.
- Stay current on talent-market trends and apply that knowledge to hiring strategy.
- Handle several open requisitions independently while staying organized and collaborative.
Required qualifications
- At least 8 years of recruiting experience overall, including a minimum of 5 years in a fast-growing startup environment.
- Strong background in go-to-market recruiting, with broader hiring exposure across engineering, product, and G&A roles.
- Comfort working with a distributed global team.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
- Strong ownership mindset, urgency, and accountability for hiring outcomes.
- Highly organized approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Experience in recruiting operations, including building or refining hiring processes and playbooks.
- Experience with Ashby or a similar recruiting platform is preferred.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
