Position Summary

The Recruiter plays a crucial role in fulfilling SightMD's staffing goals by sourcing, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates. Working closely with hiring managers, the Recruiter implements recruitment strategies and facilitates a smooth hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned openings.
• Advertise vacancies through the company website, social media, professional networks, and job portals.
• Utilize diverse sourcing techniques to identify promising candidates including job boards and employee referrals.
• Screen applications, assess candidate credentials, and conduct preliminary phone interviews.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Regularly update candidates on application progress and deliver feedback when appropriate.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp staffing needs and shape recruitment plans accordingly.
• Support hiring managers through the recruitment process with expert advice and guidance.
• Keep meticulous records of candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
• Adhere to all relevant employment laws and organizational policies during recruitment activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in recruitment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is essential.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within healthcare sectors.
• Professional HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is desirable.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday with flexible working hours.
• Hybrid work arrangement.

Compensation

The salary ranges from $31 to $36 per hour depending on experience.
