About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team on an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension, supporting our Premier Services division focusing on the Mass Affluent segment in banking. This remote opportunity based in California or Chicago involves sourcing outstanding licensed sales and relationship professionals who will drive growth and elevate personalized banking experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative talent sourcing methods targeting licensed sales and relationship roles within the banking sector aimed at Mass Affluent clientele.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to influence hiring strategies and decisions for Premier Services roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally to support the recruitment lifecycle and expansion of banking services.
- Manage recruitment efforts independently while meeting deadlines and balancing multiple priorities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 5 to 7 years of experience recruiting or sourcing candidates in banking or financial services sectors.
- Expertise in talent acquisition for licensed sales and relationship management positions.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, regulatory environment, and current industry trends.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Advanced problem-solving, analytical thinking, and data-driven decision-making proficiency.
- Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to succeed in a fully remote work setting with excellent time management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience recruiting specifically for Mass Affluent or Premier Services banking positions.
- Familiarity with internal HR collaborations and working with external recruiting vendors.
- Human resources or talent acquisition certifications and a relevant post-secondary degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields favored.
- Experience at financial institutions or equivalent organizations is an advantage.

- No travel is required for this role.
