Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position based in Umm Al Quwain requires managing comprehensive recruitment processes and providing HR assistance. The incumbent will be responsible for creating job descriptions, screening applicants, coordinating interview schedules, overseeing onboarding procedures, and supporting general HR administration tasks. Maintaining employee records, facilitating employee engagement activities, and helping ensure HR functions meet organizational objectives are also key duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing candidates, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Assist with HR administrative work such as updating employee records and supporting payroll processes
- Implement employee engagement programs and organize HR-related events
- Maintain effective communication with candidates and staff to foster positive relationships
- Utilize HR software like PayTrax and applicant tracking systems efficiently
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience in recruitment tasks and HR administration
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities
- Competency in HR software, including PayTrax, and standard office tools
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR best practices is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred
- Prior experience in a comparable HR role is an asset
Salary and Benefits
The package includes a monthly salary of AED 2000 plus a service allowance. Additional benefits encompass accommodation, visa arrangements, and health insurance provisions.
