Job description
Position Overview
This is a temporary fixed-term recruitment role based at Blue Mountain Resort, Ontario, Canada, running from late August or September through to late November 2026. Candidates may choose either full-time (starting August 24) or part-time (starting September 14) schedules, working Monday to Friday onsite at the resort or satellite office. Remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing, researching, screening, and interviewing candidates for a high volume of seasonal roles at the resort.
- Presenting job offers and facilitating onboarding activities for new hires.
- Liaising with business units and community/international partners to identify and attract suitable candidates.
- Working closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and bridge talent with opportunities.
- Promoting employment openings through social media channels.
- Partnering with hiring managers to conduct interviews and finalize hiring decisions.
- Maintaining records by inputting resumes and candidate profiles, preparing employment contracts, and issuing job offers.
- Actively representing the resort at job fairs and recruiting events within the community.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Experience with Blue Mountain Resort or familiarity with hospitality or recreation sectors is advantageous.
- A strong sales mindset, enthusiasm, and effective communication skills, especially when addressing groups and engaging prospective candidates.
- Maintaining discretion, professionalism, and ability to manage sensitive recruitment situations.
- Flexibility to work onsite in Collingwood at both resort and satellite offices, with willingness to travel for recruitment events.
- Possession of a valid G-Class Driver’s License.

Additional Information
- Hourly compensation is $23.27.
- Work schedule is Monday to Friday.
- The contract duration is from August 24, 2026 to November 27, 2026 for full-time, or from September 14, 2026 to November 27, 2026 for part-time employment.
