Role Overview
This role involves managing recruitment for 25 to 40 frontline positions throughout WTF Gyms, focusing on bulk hiring processes. The candidate will use various platforms and strategies including Naukri/Resdex portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, and walk-in candidate sourcing. The recruiter should have practical experience in bulk hiring with a track record of onboarding at least 15 candidates monthly.
Requirements and Conditions
- Minimum 2 years of solid, practical experience in bulk recruitment.
- Currently residing in the Delhi NCR region.
- Availability to commence work within 0 to 15 days.
- This position requires working on-site; relocation assistance is not provided.
