Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development by leveraging advanced sales capabilities to attract and retain clients.
• Manage recruitment processes utilizing Jobot's proprietary ATS technology, matching candidates to client openings efficiently.
• Maintain and promote a culture of kindness and respect within all interactions.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years of experience working at a staffing agency with a solid record in full-desk recruiting, handling both client acquisition and candidate sourcing.
• Proven track record of meeting placement targets, revenue goals, and other performance indicators.
• Ability to build and sustain strong relationships internally and externally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn or Salesforce.
• Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
