- Find ways to improve candidate experience and make interview scheduling more efficient.
- Maintain and analyze candidate and campus data, then turn findings into recommendations for improvement.
- Create recruitment approaches that support Amazon’s long-term growth, introduce new processes, and establish standard operating procedures aligned to the company’s customer-first goals.
- Collaborate with full-cycle recruiters, hiring teams, and other stakeholders to shape early-career talent strategy.
- Set and manage customer expectations through regular business reviews, metric updates, and status communication.
- Build scalable recruiting plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and tracking mechanisms.
- Support special initiatives, including pilots and process improvement projects.

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience creating sourcing and closing strategies for candidates.
- At least 3 years of technical recruiting experience in a high-volume, high-bar environment.

- Excellent attention to detail plus solid analytical and process management capabilities.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Proven success managing projects and programs in a fast-paced, changing setting.
- Comfort working with large workloads and taking a hands-on approach when needed.
- Solution-focused mindset with the ability to spot issues and drive practical fixes.
- Ability to juggle several priorities at once.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and influence skills across all organizational levels.
