Job description
Role overview
This role supports speed improvement efforts across India’s fulfillment network. The position is focused on tracking delivery performance, spotting gaps in speed metrics, and helping teams take corrective action so customer promise timelines are met.
What you will do
- Track daily execution of speed-improvement work across the network, with attention to 0D, 1D, and 2D GVS performance.
- Coordinate across First Mile, Middle Mile, and Last Mile teams to keep programs moving and deliver expected outcomes.
- Investigate why speed performance declines and help build clear action plans to fix the issues.
- Support capacity planning and resource allocation so speed targets can be met.
- Work with FC operations, transportation, and planning teams to remove operational blockers.
- Create reports and dashboards for leadership visibility.
- Look for process improvements that can lower transit-time variation.
- Escalate urgent issues and communicate operational risks to senior stakeholders.
What we are looking for
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel, statistical analysis methods, and SQL/ETL.
- Experience building dashboards or visualizations in QuickSight, Tableau, or comparable tools.
- Ability to translate business questions into requirements and use data to form insights.
- Comfort working in unclear or fast-changing situations.
- Skill in breaking complex problems into smaller, manageable steps and building a logical plan to solve them.
- Comfort with process analysis and process design.
- Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority by using facts and data.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to earn trust across different teams.
- Strong analytical thinking, including working from ambiguous problem statements, finding the right data, making reasonable assumptions, and drawing business-relevant conclusions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in data analytics or automation.
- Working knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL.
- Moderate to advanced skill in SQL and Excel.
- Experience with data mining tools such as SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar tools.
- Preferred: at least 1 year of experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis, or a related area.
Team context
The team’s day typically begins by checking overnight delivery dashboards and reviewing deviations in speed metrics. The morning often includes an operations call with field teams to address capacity limits and transit delays. Midday may involve root-cause analysis for regional speed drops and coordination with Last Mile partners on fixes. The afternoon is usually spent in cross-functional planning meetings, updating trackers for upcoming peak volumes, and preparing executive summaries on weekly trends. The day may end with stakeholder communication and planning for the next day’s priorities.

Applicants who need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application, interview, or onboarding process can request support through the employer’s accommodations process. If the relevant country or region is not listed, applicants should contact their recruiting partner.
