Job description
Job Overview
We are looking to recruit a Records Management Officer to join our team in Mansfield. The role requires working three days per week onsite, blending office presence with flexible arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain records in accordance with best practices, ideally leveraging experience from government, public sector, or similarly regulated contexts.
- Apply a deep understanding of information governance and the full lifecycle of records management.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations while securely handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Perform comprehensive records searches to provide accurate and timely data that supports both operational tasks and customer inquiries.
- Deliver exemplary customer service when addressing requests from various stakeholders.
- Utilize Electronic Document and Records Management Systems (EDRMS) and other relevant digital tools for efficient information management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in managing records, particularly within regulated environments, is essential.
- Professional qualifications in records management are advantageous but not mandatory, as equivalent practical experience will also be valued.
