About the Role
Join a globally recognized Fortune Global 500 company and play a key part in keeping front-desk and office support operations running smoothly. This position suits someone who is professional, organized, and comfortable handling a mix of reception, administrative, and coordination tasks in a busy workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls on the main line and route them to the appropriate internal contacts when needed.
- Greet visitors at the facility, alert the relevant escort or person in charge, and manage the issue and return of visitor or temporary passes.
- Assist visiting customers and work with Operations on self-lodging or self-collection arrangements.
- Handle shared equipment such as projectors, including issuance, collection, and general upkeep.
- Support mail handling activities, including access to the building mailbox and distribution of mail to internal teams.
- Receive parcels and other deliveries sent to the facility.
- Help with carpark administration, including opening the gantry for vehicles that are not registered.
- Assist with purchase order creation for office-wide items such as stationery and A4 paper.
- Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks such as entering leave records.
- Take care of other enquiries and carry out ad hoc support tasks as required.
Requirements
- Applicants should have GCE N Level, O Level, or an equivalent qualification.
- Previous work in reception, customer service, or general administration is an advantage.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills, along with a courteous and professional manner, are important.
- Basic office administration and organizing skills, with a careful eye for detail, are needed.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to juggle several tasks and work with minimal supervision in a busy environment.
- Dependable, on time, and accountable in day-to-day work.
- Must be available for afternoon shifts from 1pm to 6pm, five days each week.
