- At least one year of experience in medical billing and coding is required.
- Preferably two years of general office experience, ideally within a healthcare environment.
- Proficient in handling standard office equipment and managing multiple phone lines.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with the public.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Must hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or be willing to obtain it within six months of employment.
