Job description
Role Overview
As a Receptionist at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in creating a welcoming hotel experience. The role focuses on smooth arrivals and departures, helpful guest service, and accurate front desk operations that reflect Hilton’s hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet arriving guests with a friendly, professional approach and complete the arrival process by confirming details, allocating rooms, handing over keys, and arranging welcome information or bell service support when needed.
- Handle guest departures efficiently by checking charges, processing payments, generating receipts, and using the point-of-sale system with accuracy.
- Stay well informed about the hotel’s facilities, room categories, pricing, offers, and nearby local attractions so you can answer guest questions confidently.
- Recommend hotel products and services using up-selling techniques to help increase room and ancillary revenue.
- Address guest needs promptly, manage concerns with care, and handle messages and other communications in a timely and professional manner.
