Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-focused team member to serve as the initial point of interaction for all visitors arriving at our kids entertainment center in Dubai. The role demands a courteous and articulate approach to greeting visitors, alongside performing various administrative support tasks such as managing incoming and outgoing mail and other clerical duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and redirect incoming telephone calls efficiently.
• Serve as the primary contact for visitors, warmly welcoming guests and families to the facility.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum educational requirement: high school diploma or comparable relevant work experience.
• Ability to maintain a consistently positive and professional demeanor.
• Strong verbal communication abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic is essential.
• Presentable appearance with an outgoing personality.

Additional Details

• Work schedule: six days per week, with eight-hour shifts daily.
• Compensation: monthly salary ranging from 4500 to 5000 AED, inclusive of medical coverage and visa provisions.
