Receptionist - Car Showroom

About the Role

We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to represent Alba Cars, ensuring every visitor receives a welcoming, exceptional experience. This position thrives in a dynamic, customer-facing showroom where creating positive first impressions is critical.

Primary Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist all showroom guests and customers with courtesy and professionalism.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, efficiently routing them as needed.
• Keep the reception and showroom spaces clean, orderly, and inviting at all times.
• Arrange appointments and coordinate schedules for the sales team.
• Carry out administrative duties such as document handling, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
• Work closely with other internal teams to ensure smooth front desk operations.
• Provide outstanding hospitality and customer service in every interaction, promptly resolving any client questions or issues.
• Consistently uphold the Alba Cars brand image centered on customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in receptionist, host, or front desk positions, preferably within customer-focused environments.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities combined with a polished and professional demeanor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with CRM tools is beneficial.
• Ability to multitask, maintain composure under pressure, and effectively oversee a busy reception area.
• Dependable, punctual, and attentive to details.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary between 3000 and 3500 AED, commensurate with experience and professionalism.
• Work visa sponsorship provided.
• Medical insurance coverage according to UAE labor laws.

Work Conditions

• Full-time position requiring physical presence at the showroom.
• Work schedule comprises six days a week.
• Evening shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
• Remote or hybrid working options are not available for this role.
