Job description
Role Overview
An opening is available for a Real Time Analyst in Navi Mumbai for a reputed BPO environment supporting a banking client. This is a work-from-office position and candidates must meet the stated eligibility criteria.
Work Schedule and Conditions
- Office-based role in Navi Mumbai.
- Rotation-based shifts across 24 hours, 7 days a week.
- Six working days per week.
- One rotational weekly off.
- A valid CIBIL score is required because the role is linked to a banking client.
Experience Requirement
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in Real Time Analysis (RTA) or Real Time Monitoring (RTM).
Eligibility
Any graduate can apply, provided the graduation requirement is met and the candidate has the required RTA/RTM experience.
