About the Role
Search Homes India Private Limited is expanding rapidly and seeks motivated individuals eager to contribute to the growth of both themselves and the organization, aiming to elevate the real estate sales business significantly. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about customer engagement and making an impact in real estate sales.
Job Location
HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. A two-wheeler is required as site visits may occur on Saturdays and Sundays.
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients and prospects.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets through allocated leads.
- Engage and pitch to prospective property buyers.
- Assist buyers during site visits to properties.
- Provide ongoing support post-visit to facilitate smooth deal closures.
- Perform daily follow-ups on assigned leads to nurture sales opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Possess an MBA, postgraduate degree, or graduate degree.
- Have between six months to one year of experience in the Real Estate or Banking sector.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary starting at 28,000 INR, varying with expertise and experience.

Additional Information
- Preferred immediate joining.
- Work schedule is six days a week, with Monday off.
