The successful applicant must have substantive experience recruiting real estate agents within Dubai, extensive knowledge of the local property sector, and a well-established professional network. The role involves attracting top-tier sales professionals in a demanding, fast-moving setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and hire talented real estate agents.
• Maintain and grow a strong pool of relevant candidates.
• Conduct interviews and collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout recruitment phases.
• Achieve targeted recruitment metrics and adhere to hiring schedules.
• Devise innovative sourcing approaches and enhance employer branding efforts.
• Provide an exceptional candidate journey from application through onboarding.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of recruitment experience.
• In-depth familiarity with Dubai's real estate market.
• Preferably possesses an existing network within the real estate sector.
• Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in English mandatory; skills in Chinese or Russian are considered advantageous.
• Immediate availability to commence work is preferred.
