Real Estate Photographer

Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Real Estate Photographer located in or around Allentown, PA to create high-quality images of properties for listings, advertising, and promotional use for a well-known local full-service property management company. The candidate should be innovative, dependable, and capable of working independently while producing excellent outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to identify the distinct selling points and artistic style for each property.
• Photograph both interiors and exteriors of residential and commercial real estate.
• Utilize expert photography, lighting, and composition methods tailored for real estate settings.
• Provide final images promptly for use in marketing materials and property listings.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated background in photography, preferably with a focus on real estate or architecture.
• Skilled in photo editing tools such as Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar programs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of lighting, framing, and composition for various environments.
• Experience with professional camera equipment, including wide-angle or tilt-shift lenses, is advantageous.
• Highly self-driven with effective time management abilities to consistently adhere to deadlines.
