• Enhance drone-generated imagery by refining aerial shots and integrating landmarks, annotations, and location markers to emphasize property details.
• Execute advanced image manipulation tasks such as color correction, sky replacements, perspective adjustments, object removal, compositing, and retouching.
• Use professional software tools including Affinity Photo, Affinity Designer, Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom to produce top-tier edits.
• Analyze and interpret architectural documents like plans and blueprints to create accurate visual portrayals.
• Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to align with project scopes, branding standards, and delivery timelines.
• Manage multiple assignments within tight deadlines in a fast-paced editing environment.
• Assist with administrative and operational duties supporting the team's effective functioning.

Qualifications and Skills

• Between 1 to 2 years of professional photo editing experience, ideally within the real estate sector.
• Demonstrated ability editing drone photography including addition of informative landmarks and overlays.
• Strong command of Affinity Photo and/or Affinity Designer alongside experience with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Knowledge of architectural blueprints and property-related technical documentation.
• Exceptional eye for detail, able to uphold consistent quality across extensive editing work.
• Effective organizational and time management capabilities to juggle priorities and meet deadlines reliably.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills tailored for remote teamwork.
