Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Photo Editor based in the United States for a fully remote position with our partner company. This role requires a detail-focused professional experienced in real estate photo editing to create high-quality visual representations of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will manage a high volume of images while maintaining consistency and precision, enhance drone photography, interpret architectural documents, and contribute to visual storytelling for marketing purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit 50-60 real estate images daily, ensuring uniform quality and visual impact.
• Enhance aerial drone photos by adding landmarks, annotations, and overlays to emphasize property features.
• Perform advanced photo editing tasks such as color adjustments, sky replacement, perspective correction, object removal, and image compositing.
• Use tools including Affinity Photo, Affinity Designer, Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom to deliver professional results.
• Read and interpret architectural blueprints and related documents to support accurate visual presentations.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to align on project needs, brand guidelines, and delivery standards.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with administrative and operational duties that enhance team efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of photo editing experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Demonstrated skills editing drone photography with annotations and visual overlays.
• Strong command of Affinity Photo and/or Affinity Designer, along with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Knowledgeable in interpreting architectural plans and property documentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain quality across high-volume workloads.
• Excellent organizational skills and effective time management to meet deadlines reliably.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fully remote team setting.
• Self-driven, flexible, and willing to support varied operational responsibilities.
