About the Role
We are seeking a detail-focused Real Estate Photo Editor based in Ireland to join a fully remote team. This role centers on producing top-quality visuals that effectively highlight residential and commercial properties through meticulously enhanced photography. Working within a fast-paced, collaborative setting, you will handle a significant volume of photo edits, ensuring consistent accuracy and aesthetic appeal. Your duties also include drone image enhancement, interpreting architectural documents, and crafting compelling visual stories that bolster real estate marketing strategies. This position offers remote flexibility, chances for professional growth, and collaboration with international colleagues in a thriving industry.
Primary Responsibilities
- Edit 50 to 60 real estate images daily, maintaining high standards of quality, precision, and visual excellence.
- Improve aerial drone photos by adding landmarks, annotations, labels, and overlays to showcase property features.
- Execute advanced photo editing techniques such as color correction, sky replacement, perspective adjustments, object removal, compositing, and retouching.
- Utilize professional editing tools including Affinity Photo, Affinity Designer, Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom to achieve superior results.
- Interpret and apply knowledge of architectural plans and blueprints to create accurate visual representations.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to align on project specifics, branding standards, and delivery requirements.
- Juggle multiple editing projects under tight deadlines in a high-output production environment.
- Contribute to administrative and operational activities that enhance team productivity and success.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in photo editing, ideally within the real estate sector.
- Demonstrated skills in editing drone photography, including the integration of landmarks, labels, and visual annotations.
- Strong expertise with Affinity Photo and/or Affinity Designer; proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom is also essential.
- Experience working with architectural drawings, blueprints, and related property documentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail ensuring consistently high-quality edits across large image batches.
- Excellent organizational abilities and time management skills to handle priorities and meet deadlines reliably.
- Effective communication skills for remote collaboration with teams and clients.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and ready to engage in various operational tasks as needed.
