About the Role
As the Real Estate Investment Manager at Wadi Jeddah, you will oversee the company's investment portfolio and lead efforts to create sustainable value within the Innovation & Business District.
Key Focus Areas
- Market Strategy: Analyze current real estate market trends in Jeddah to identify attractive investment opportunities.
- Investment Analysis: Conduct financial modeling, feasibility assessments, and evaluate investment metrics to inform decisions.
- Deal Structuring: Manage due diligence processes, negotiations, and structure strategic investment transactions.
- Project Development: Supervise the execution of development projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to value goals.
- Asset Management: Optimize asset performance by enhancing value and maximizing return on investments across the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement Wadi Jeddah's real estate investment strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify and analyze real estate market trends specific to Jeddah, and negotiate key deals.
- Lead comprehensive investment analysis including financial and feasibility studies.
- Conduct thorough due diligence covering legal, technical, commercial, and regulatory aspects.
- Coordinate development execution in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Facilitate the commercialization and activation of real estate assets to maximize occupancy rates and long-term value.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with investors, developers, King Abdulaziz University (KAU), and government bodies.
- Assess investment risks to support well-informed investment decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline is mandatory.
- MBA or relevant professional certifications are preferred.
- Between 6 and 12 years of experience in real estate investment within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
- Proven success in managing real estate transactions or overseeing medium to large-scale development projects.
Skills
- Excellent execution skills with strong follow-up capability.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi real estate laws, regulations, and local development procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation software.
- Fluency in Arabic and working knowledge of English.
