Primary Purpose
The Real Estate Consultant is a key contributor to Oia Properties, tasked with facilitating property transactions between buyers and sellers. This position involves generating leads, cultivating client relationships, and managing the entire sales process to foster revenue growth. Consultants guide clients through all stages of their property journey, offer expert market advice, negotiate transactions, and ensure smooth deal closure, always striving to deliver the highest value for client investments with exemplary customer support.
Responsibilities
- Engage clients in thorough consultations to understand their real estate requirements, preferences, and financial objectives.
- Assess property values accurately, providing knowledgeable recommendations based on regional market analysis.
- Develop and deliver engaging property listings designed to attract buyers and investors.
- Assist buyers by finding appropriate properties, organizing viewings, and guiding them through the purchasing process.
- Support sellers through marketing efforts, property showings, and negotiation to maximize sales outcomes.
- Keep abreast of local real estate trends, property valuations, and industry developments to ensure clients receive current and relevant information.
- Oversee all phases of real estate transactions, from contract initiation through to closing.
- Generate and nurture leads via networking, referrals, marketing strategies, and digital platforms.
- Maintain proactive communication with potential clients during property showings and provide comprehensive property details.
- Build enduring client relationships by effectively addressing queries and facilitating seamless transactions.
- Stay informed on market trends, legal regulations, and competitor activities to provide valuable client guidance.
- Establish and maintain professional connections with related industry experts such as mortgage brokers and home inspectors.
- Collaborate with sales teams and management to devise and execute sales strategies aligned with targets.
- Maintain updated knowledge of available listings including features, pricing, and legal compliances.
- Utilize CRM software and sales tools for lead tracking, progress monitoring, and follow-up activities.
- Provide outstanding customer service by promptly handling client concerns and inquiries.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, client communications, and transactional data.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards to promote a secure and responsibly managed workplace.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline is required.
- Prior real estate experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with real estate laws, market dynamics, and property valuation is beneficial.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus but not essential.
