Role Overview
The Real Estate Analyst position is a full-time, on-site role located in Los Angeles, CA. The analyst will assess residential real estate prospects, engage in financial and market assessments, and assist with pricing and offer decisions within Zoom Casa's services such as Buy-Before-You-Sell and Instant Cash Offer programs. Daily duties involve detailed research on properties and neighborhoods, building valuation models, analyzing transaction records, and supporting due diligence processes for acquisitions and partnerships. The role includes drafting comprehensive reports and presentations for internal teams, coordinating with operations and sales departments, and ensuring accurate data management in internal systems to aid decision-making and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficient analytical skills, capable of evaluating real estate market trends and constructing detailed financial models.
- Experience in conducting due diligence for residential properties, including reviewing legal, financial, and market documents.
- Understanding of finance and investment principles, preferably within real estate or property sectors.
- Background in property valuation or real estate appraisal with knowledge of comparative market analysis and pricing tactics.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, business, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced skills in Excel and other data analysis tools; familiarity with real estate software or CRM platforms is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, capable of presenting information clearly to diverse audiences.
- High attention to detail, strong judgment, and ability to thrive collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site work environment.
