Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position in Ras Al Khaimah is focused on managing property listings, arranging viewings, and supporting clients through buying, selling, and leasing transactions. The role includes generating and following up on leads, preparing and sharing property details, negotiating offers, and coordinating with landlords, buyers, and tenants. It also requires staying current on local market movements, keeping paperwork accurate, and delivering prompt customer support. You will work with the wider team to help achieve sales goals while following company policies and relevant regulations.
Key Duties
- List properties and keep marketing information accurate and current.
- Arrange and conduct property visits for prospective clients.
- Identify new leads and maintain regular follow-up with interested prospects.
- Present property details clearly to buyers, tenants, and landlords.
- Support negotiations and help move deals toward successful closure.
- Coordinate with all parties involved in sales, rentals, and leasing transactions.
- Track local market trends and apply that knowledge in client interactions.
- Prepare and maintain correct records and transaction documentation.
- Provide responsive, professional customer service throughout the process.
- Contribute to team targets while respecting internal standards and legal requirements.
Required Profile
- Strong selling ability with a demonstrated track record of closing deals and meeting targets.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to develop long-term client relationships.
- Good understanding of property law and local market rules.
- Strong spoken and written communication, along with solid negotiation skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Ras Al Khaimah and manage time well across multiple clients and listings.
- Comfort with basic office software and property listing tools; CRM experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in real estate or another sales-driven role is preferred.
- English fluency is required, and knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
