ModMed Technologies India is inviting applications for the RCM Team Manager - AR position based in Hyderabad. This is a hands-on role where candidates will participate in an in-person interview and work onsite. The hiring drive is scheduled for August 8th, 2026. Role Summary

The RCM Team Manager will be tasked with ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs remain within established thresholds. This role demands driving continuous performance improvements while maintaining backlog and past-due metrics within agreed SLAs. Focus will be on productivity, quality, and a resolution-driven work model.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Monitor KPIs regularly to ensure all performance indicators meet defined standards.
  • Lead efforts to improve team performance and quality continually.
  • Maintain backlog and past-due amounts within SLA limits.
  • Ensure team meets productivity and quality targets consistently.
  • Encourage a problem-resolution approach aligned with the DDIE methodology.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and pursue improvement initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Quality team to identify process gaps and deliver feedback.
  • Manage absenteeism and resolve operational challenges using DDIE principles.

Requirements

  • Seven or more years' experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, particularly with AR Calling and Physician billing.
  • A graduate degree is required.
  • Formal relievings and clear exit formalities from previous employers are essential.
  • Must work from office in Hyderabad.
  • Experience handling both Federal and Commercial insurance in a healthcare provider environment.
  • Familiarity with billing scrubbers, clearinghouses, payer rejections, and end-to-end RCM workflows.
  • Knowledge of major AR scenarios and multi-payer ecosystems is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills including active call note-taking and multi-stakeholder coordination.
