What You'll Do

• Deliver expert roadside assistance by diagnosing vehicle faults and providing optimal solutions for Members.
• Operate the Rapid Recovery Vehicle to safely tow immobile vehicles.
• Conduct thorough inspections before and after towing and ensure vehicles are secured following safety best practices.
• Offer exceptional customer service by keeping Members well-informed and reassured during assistance.
• Promote AA’s products and services to Members to maximize their Membership benefits.
• Use AA’s digital systems and technology such as tablets for processing job details, payments, and documentation.

About You

• Hold an approved Automotive Trade qualification with strong experience in identifying and repairing vehicle faults.
• Possess a full Class 1 driving licence; having a Class 2 licence and NZTA V endorsement is advantageous, with training available.
• Comfortable operating Microsoft software, mobile gadgets, and in-vehicle platforms.
• Committed to high-quality customer service and able to quickly develop rapport.
• Physically fit to handle lifting weights up to 30 kilograms.
• Maintain a clean and safe driving record.
