About the role
This position is for a meticulous, customer-oriented Quoting Specialist who will help new and existing clients with accurate and prompt quoting for IT products, along with catalogue management. The role suits someone who enjoys working with technology, brings strong analytical thinking, and is committed to high-quality customer service.

Key responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and identify suitable commercial solutions from vendors and distributors
- Coordinate with customers, Sales, Order Fulfilment and other internal teams to meet agreed timelines and expectations
- Keep pricing, margins, part numbers, expiry details and end-of-life alternatives accurate and up to date
- Assist with deal registrations and help maintain effective vendor partnerships
- Contribute ideas and actions that improve accuracy, efficiency and day-to-day working methods
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in quoting, sales support, or a customer service setting
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and solid analytical ability
- A proactive, positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership
- A professional, customer-first approach
- Good IT awareness and a genuine interest in technology
- Advanced Excel ability and confidence using business systems
- Ability to work independently as well as with others in a busy environment
