About the Role

In this position, you will support customer conversations across phone and digital channels in a lively, structured, and people-focused way. The role is designed for someone who enjoys clear steps, works with a positive attitude, and wants to build experience in finance-related topics such as money management, taxes, assets, and protection.

Working Style

The schedule is flexible and can be arranged between 10:00 and 16:00. A start from 08:00 is also possible, or you may stay until 20:00 if you want to finish earlier on Friday and/or not work on Monday. If performance is consistent, fully remote work is always possible. You can log in and work from places such as Portugal, Cape Town, Tallinn, Paris, or other coworking spaces around the world.

Onboarding

The role includes an intensive onboarding phase. During the first week, the focus is on listening and learning. In the second week, you begin handling your first calls using your own knowledge and individually prepared scripts.

Responsibilities

• Adapt call guides and conversation scripts to your own style.
• Take on a role-based, engaging communication style during calls.
• Handle difficult or unproductive callers by ending the conversation when needed.
• Support satisfied callers with a friendly attitude, positive energy, and clear next steps.
• Always define the next concrete action for each conversation.

Requirements

• A cheerful, positive attitude.
• Motivation to learn and grow.
• Enjoyment of structured ways of working.
• No prior acting background is required.
• No special memory skills are necessary.
• Previous sales experience is not mandatory.

Additional Information

There are no complaint-handling or sales conversations in this role. Complaints are handled by management, and sales discussions are handled by closers. If you want to develop in that direction, there is room to grow over time.
