Join EDUVIA Bildungsakademie GmbH as a Quereinsteiger (career changer) ticket inspector in Greifswald, supporting passenger safety during rail journeys. This full-time, permanent position offers 40 working hours per week with an immediate start possible. Hourly pay ranges from €16 to €25. Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough ticket inspections for passengers ensuring smooth boarding and travel procedures.
- Politely explain ticket policies and assist passengers with questions regarding tickets and fares.
- Accurately record passenger counts and control checks to maintain service quality.
- Respond quickly and professionally to unexpected situations to uphold security and order aboard trains.
- Collaborate closely with train staff to ensure a pleasant and orderly travel experience for everyone.
