Overview
For the Georgsmarienhütte area, a growing security services company is looking for reliable career changers to join as ticket inspectors. The role is based on a 40-hour workweek, is permanent, and can be started immediately.
The organization focuses on delivering professional protection and security services while maintaining high standards of quality and dependability. New team members are welcomed from a wide range of backgrounds and will be supported with training and ongoing development.
Pay is stated at 16.00 to 25.00 EUR per hour.
Key duties
- Check passengers’ tickets carefully and help ensure smooth operations on board.
- Explain fare rules in a courteous way and respond to questions about tickets and pricing.
- Record passenger counts and ticket inspections accurately to support service quality.
- Handle unexpected situations quickly and professionally to support order and safety on the train.
- Work closely with train staff to create a pleasant and coordinated travel experience for passengers.
