Overview
We are looking for motivated career changers to join a growing security services company as ticket inspectors in the Bad Salzuflen area. The role is based on a 40-hour workweek, offered as a permanent position, and can start immediately. Pay is stated at EUR 16.00 to EUR 25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Check passengers’ tickets carefully and help keep train operations running smoothly.
- Explain ticket rules in a friendly manner and answer questions about fares and ticket conditions.
- Record passenger counts and ticket inspections accurately to support service quality.
- Respond quickly and professionally to unexpected situations to maintain order and safety on board.
- Work closely with train staff to ensure a coordinated and pleasant travel experience for passengers.

- Strong communication skills for clear and effective interaction with passengers and colleagues.
- Good interpersonal skills and empathy to respond to passenger needs and maintain a positive atmosphere.

Training and entry
No §34a certificate is required. Applicants without it are welcome, and the company will support the necessary training under §34a GewO and help with entry into the security sector.
