Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide quantity surveying services for both pre-contract and post-contract phases.
- Manage interim and final payment claims, and communicate feedback regarding payment responses to management.
- Conduct site visits to oversee and evaluate project progress.
- Perform quantity take-offs, calculate variation claims, and confirm measurements with clients.
- Administer contracts and finalize account settlements with clients and subcontractors.
- Monitor the phasing of projects and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and update construction programs and ensure follow-up on delay claims.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a degree in Applied Science with a focus on Construction Management or a diploma in Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Ability to handle demanding workloads and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Self-reliant and resourceful approach to work.
