Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Cut, shape, and install wooden and other structural components based on provided plans and specifications.
- Construct window frames, doors, and building frameworks utilizing raw or pre-made materials.
- Craft and assemble furniture pieces, cabinets, shelves, and install them at designated sites.
- Remove damaged or faulty sections of structures and repair or replace them using hand tools.
- Transport required materials around the work site as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrable experience working as a carpenter.
- Practical skills handling various carpentry materials.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry methods and installation techniques.
- Skilled in operating both power and manual tools including saws, hammers, and measuring instruments.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and documents accurately.
- Commitment to adhering to safety standards consistently.
- Physically fit with strong endurance to perform demanding tasks.
