Role Overview
We are expanding our Quantity Surveying team across Ireland and welcome candidates at all career stages, from emerging professionals to seasoned quantity surveyors. This role offers the chance to contribute to significant projects in areas including healthcare, commercial sectors, data centers, infrastructure, rail, metro, and education. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver cost management services across high-profile infrastructure and building projects.
- Engage with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cost-effective design and project delivery.
- Develop accurate cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts to support client and project requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage contract administration and procurement processes.
- Utilize modern collaborative platforms and technology to enhance project outcomes.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Chartered status with MRICS or equivalent accreditation, or progress toward achieving this.
- Proven experience in cost management on projects within healthcare, commercial, data centers, infrastructure, rail/metro, or education sectors.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Capability to work both independently and as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team.
