Role Overview

We are expanding our Quantity Surveying team across Ireland and welcome candidates at all career stages, from emerging professionals to seasoned quantity surveyors. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver cost management services across high-profile infrastructure and building projects.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cost-effective design and project delivery.
• Develop accurate cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts to support client and project requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage contract administration and procurement processes.
• Utilize modern collaborative platforms and technology to enhance project outcomes.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Chartered status with MRICS or equivalent accreditation, or progress toward achieving this.
• Proven experience in cost management on projects within healthcare, commercial, data centers, infrastructure, rail/metro, or education sectors.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Capability to work both independently and as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team.
