  • Utilize Tesla’s proprietary systems (e.g., GFBB tools) autonomously for documentation and problem resolution.
  • Escalate critical issues leveraging the impact matrix to ensure timely containment for product protection.

  • Comply with safety regulations and Tesla's quality management systems.

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of one year experience in production or quality roles, preferably in the automotive sector, with familiarity in one or multiple areas including assembly, injection molding, painting, bodywork, or electronics.
  • Basic proficiency in quality tools and methods like control plans, FMEA, and 8D problem solving.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and operate measurement instruments like calipers and testing devices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Analytical aptitude to prioritize tasks, analyze data trends, and make guided decisions.
  • Strong teamwork skills to collaborate and network with various teams for problem-solving and process enhancement.
  • Fluent German language skills (spoken and written); English language skills are advantageous.
  • Flexibility to perform shift work and adjust to dynamic production schedules.
  • Potential for technical assignment during the recruitment process.
  • Commitment to uphold and promote sustainability principles aligned with Tesla's global Environment, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) policy and EMAS requirements, fostering a culture of continuous environmental improvement.
